I’M PLAYING THE RUBEN MUSEUM OF ART TOMORROW NIGHT AS PART OF THE TALKING STICK STORY TELLING SERIES! STOKED!
Everyone! My favorite museum in NYC is the Ruben Museum. It’s a 5 story warehouse of reminders for buddhists, and I dig on it HARD! My friends Larkin and Will book a story telling series there that is interspersed with performances that correspond to pieces of art work that are in the museum. I will be performing in front of a painting of Avalokiteshvara, the bodhisatva of compassion! I wanted to play in front of the painting of Avalokiteshvara where he has 1000 hands with an eye in each palm, but it wasn’t on the right floor… Oh well, fully stoked on this one!
